Mr Singla is recognised for his expertise in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), project programming, construction planning and the establishment of high-performing project teams. His disciplined leadership ensures certainty in programme, quality, cost and health and safety performance across complex developments. Combining strategic oversight with practical construction knowledge, he consistently delivers premium projects to the highest engineering standards.
As Director, Mr Singla provides strategic leadership across the company's construction operations, ensuring every project benefits from disciplined execution, engineering excellence and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes.
Kaushalesh Kumar
Director
Mr Kaushalesh is a highly respected Civil Engineer with more than 30 years of construction delivery experience, having successfully led projects exceeding ₹15,000 crore in value across South India. A hands-on construction leader, he has built and managed multidisciplinary teams delivering complex residential, commercial and infrastructure projects under demanding programme constraints.
His expertise spans reinforced concrete and structural steel construction, MEP coordination, public infrastructure and commercial buildings. Known for his quiet leadership and meticulous attention to detail, Mr Kaushalesh maintains a relentless focus on programme certainty, construction quality and health and safety. His practical site leadership, disciplined planning and contractor coordination enable projects to overcome delivery challenges while consistently meeting client expectations.
